Maker Lab: Cardboard City

What to expect
In this 3-hour drop off Maker Lab, children will work together to design and construct an entire city using cardboard, tape, and their imagination. From homes and bridges to roads and shared spaces, this hands-on Maker Lab encourages creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration.

What to expect
In this 3-hour drop-off Maker Lab, children will create a raised cardboard island map using layered cardboard, paint, and creative design. Starting with a water base, kids will build landforms and add features like mountains, rivers, and landmarks.

What to expect
In this 3-hour drop-off Maker Lab, children will design and build a cardboard habitat for an animal of their choice. Using layered cardboard and simple materials, kids will create environments that support shelter, food, and movement.

I’m Lorena - a homeschooling mother of three, a nature-based educator, and a wife creating a purposeful life rooted in family, learning, and meaningful work at home.
